But it wasn’t enough to have it look good - it should also be crafted accurately with sustainable materials and a stable manufacturing process. One of the main difficulties was the inner lining paper. Our customer wanted us to fully wrap the inner part of the box even where the automated equipment couldn’t reach it. To achieve the desired result and make a premium-quality gift box, our staff did this manually. The second feature of the box was its window insert, which is made of recyclable material according to our customer’s idea of a more sustainable type of packaging. And to make sure the lamination is done properly and the quality of the box remains high, we do it manually. During the process of development, our team was always in touch with the client to make adjustments where necessary. Three sampling stages were carried out, and each round helped us to satisfy technical needs and optimize the outcome. Our client from the United States wanted us to provide them with customized jewelry boxes, which should have an elegant opening experience. Our client was very pleased with the quality of the first sample we provided. He liked both our work and our services and ordered a huge amount of these products within only one month. The client required that we apply his logo to the inner lid of the box. Inside it, there is long-pile plush fabric, which is beautiful but hard to work with. Hot stamping is not appropriate here because the foil can be easily peeled off from the fabric. Considering the properties of the material, we offered our client the use of debossing as an alternative way of applying the logo. This method will allow us to create a nice logo while keeping it compatible with the material of the product. We also provided our customer with a preview of how the logo will look inside the box. It is worth noting that the customer was extremely satisfied with the final debossed design. It harmonized well with the soft plush lining and provided the understated luxury they desired for their jewelry boxes. A client from Africa came to Yiruixing Packaging for packaging solutions for the Visa cards. Right from the start, our aim is not just to make eye-catching designs but to offer a solution that can protect the card and meet the client’s requirements. At first, the client thought about making an opening in the envelope so that the Visa card could be presented. But there could be some exposure of the card, and this would bring unnecessary security risks. Upon discussing the requirement thoroughly, we suggested designing a special card-style insert that can keep the card in place in the package. This helped in presenting a neat look and ensured safety. The client was highly pleased with our suggestions and the services provided. She was impressed by our understanding of the application and solutions to the problem before the production phase began. Hence, she placed the order for customized rigid gift boxes without having to conduct a sampling process. We received a very difficult packaging order from one of our Germany-based customers who is engaged in the manufacture of solar panels. The packaging needed by him was extra-large 7-ply corrugated cartons having a maximum length of 4 meters. Manufacturing such extra-long cartons requires special machinery, precise structural design, and strong manufacturing capabilities. It should be mentioned that not many manufacturers in China are capable of producing such exceptionally long cartons. Considering the requirements of our customer, our team decided that we would go for the printing integrated slotting machine for the manufacturing process. This helped us to take care of the structure of the large carton as well as its size and slotting precision. Since the stiffness of the 7-ply board is much greater than normal boards, we also considered this factor in designing the structure of the carton. To assure our customer of our solution, we arranged a video conferencing session for him and also did some on-site testing. In this meeting, we showcased various performance tests of the carton, including the edge crush test (ECT) and burst test. Thus, the customer could assess the qualities of the material and structure firsthand. The customer was happy with the test results and agreed with our production proposal. Due to our quality technical communication and good manufacturing capabilities, the customer did not ask for a sample but ordered the item directly because the customer trusted us. After the confirmation of technical parameters, our production department went smoothly from testing to manufacturing and successfully carried out the order. Notwithstanding the unusual carton length and difficult 7-ply structure, the order was delivered on time without any delays.
